Pueblo County Building Division Transition

Pueblo County has launched a new Building Department to improve permitting and inspection services for unincorporated areas. These services officially went live on January 1, 2026.

Aspen Acres Fire Recovery Resources

To assist property owners impacted by the fire, the Pueblo County Building Division has temporarily postponed upfront demolition permit fees for primary residences, and the County is further exploring potential reductions in these fees to help lessen the financial burden as residents begin the cleanup and rebuilding process.
